Q - What is the quality of the vinyl?

Q - What size graphic do I need for my vehicle?
Our VEHICLE SPECIFIC KITS are designed as exact factory styles to be an exact fit for the make and model mentioned in the listing. UNIVERSAL FIT KITS can be used on a variety of years, makes and models. You can take note of the measurements of the vinyl graphic you are interested in, and compare that with the side of your vehicle to get an idea of what size you will need to install.

Q - Do I get a graphic for both sides of the vehicle?
Yes you will receive a vinyl graphic for both sides of the vehicle if our pictures only show one side, unless otherwise noted in the listing. Please read the complete listing for the vinyl sections included.

Q - How easy are vinyl graphics to install? And how do I take care of vinyl graphics?
Our vinyl graphics come as a four layer system: Pre-Mask, Vinyl Film, Adhesive, Release Layer. This allows for easy installation. We recommend using professional 3M certified installers for the installation of these vinyl graphics. If you would like to do it yourself, please do as much research as possible on "how to install vinyl graphics."

Taking care of your vinyl graphics is easy! Hand washing of your vehicle and its graphics is recommended. Avoid abrasive materials, petroleum distillates (such as tar removers) and car washes that use brushes or high pressure. About 6 weeks after the graphics are applied you can use automotive wax over your vehicle, but avoid products designed for cleaning and waxing in a single step as they contain more solvents, which could affect the graphics.

Q - The graphics were damaged on install, can you sell individual pieces?
We cannot provide individual sections or pieces of any vinyl graphic kit. The manufacturers we receive our vinyl graphics from DO NOT SELL individual pieces of any one kit. It is the responsibility of the installer to replace any vinyl piece or section if damaged during installation by purchasing an entirely new kit. "Installation" begins once the graphic is unrolled for installation, and at that time becomes the responsibility of the installer.

Q - How long do vinyl graphics last? Is there a warranty?
Our vinyl graphics are fade resistant, weather and water proof, and won't crack or peel. If well taken care of the vinyl graphics can last up to 8 years, and can be removed at any time. The protective layer of the vinyl graphics contribute to a longer life, however very sunny and hot climates will drastically lesson the life of the vinyl. Please see the warranty page for details on the warranty of your vinyl graphics.

Q - Will vinyl graphics harm my paint? Can they be removed?
Vinyl graphics will not harm the paint finish of your vehicle, and can be removed at any time. Please see on "instructions" page on how to remove vinyl graphics.

Q - Why are your prices lower?
Some people ask, do you use a lower quality vinyl? NOT AT ALL! We work closely with vinyl graphics manufacturers to get the best wholesale discounts possible. Some of the vinyl graphics we offer are the exact same that are installed on brand new vehicles at automotive dealerships. However we pass the savings on to YOU! Why pay hundreds of dollars more for the exact same vinyl graphic?

Q - How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 1 - 3 business days. If a product is not in stock, it may take longer so please contact us for specific shipping times and availability.

Because of the custom nature of these products, EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. This includes Next Day Air or Two-Day Shipping options. Most graphics will arrive within 3 business days under our "Free Shipping" option.

YES! International shipping to most countries outside the USA is available. However our website is not set up for international shipping quotes. Please contact us at the email address below with the exact item needed, along with the options needed (vinyl color, model year, etc.)

Return Policy and Order Issues

Q - Do you accept returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, etc?
In our ongoing effort to keep our prices as low as possible on these custom orders, please understand that once you submit an order RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED! Each product is considered CUSTOM MADE FOR EACH SPECIFIC ORDER and manufactured as a custom product immediately after the order is received. Once an order is placed we cannot quickly change or cancel the order. All orders go straight into production, so cancellation requests will incur a 25% cancellation fee to cover the cost of materials.

We strongly encourage you to be sure of the item you need BEFORE ordering! This includes proper selection of options, vinyl color, model year fitment, etc. If a mistake is made on your part when you order, contact us immediately or else the order will be shipped and cannot be returned. Any item sent back to us without first contacting us will be refused.

Note that any type of modification, installation, or other "use" of the product disqualifies the item for a return / refund.

Here are real-life common requests for returns that we have encountered, and are NOT acceptable :

- I didn't like the vinyl color and want to exchange for another.
- I bought two of the same kit, but different colors. I planned on returning the one I didn't like.
- There was a change of mind, and a return is needed.
- Spouse didn't approve of my purchase and I want to return for a refund.
- Product not what I thought it was, I didn't like it, want to exchange for something else.
- I was trying to match another vinyl color, but didn't do enough research before buying.
- The vinyl color did not match a vinyl color already installed on my vehicle.
- I bought the part from you, then sold the vehicle before installing.
- Oops, I ordered the wrong item and need to cancel.
- Oops, I ordered the wrong model year and need to return.
- The part took too long to ship.
- I messed up installation and want to return part of the order.

Q - But there was a problem with my item once I received it. Can't I return it for a refund now?
If there is a defect in your item or we have made a mistake in the order, please email us a detailed description along with a few digital pictures of the issue, and we will contact the manufacturer about the issue. If it is found to be a manufacturers or shipping error, we may have the part replaced. However a return will not be accepted.
